Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping takes 10 - 20 business days after the goods are dispatched. Delivery delays may be caused by customs clearance, severe weather, peak logistics seasons or other force majeure factors beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number. You can check the delivery status online at any time.
Customs Duties & Taxes
All import taxes, duties and customs clearance fees shall be borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for parcels detained or seized by local customs authorities.
Failed Delivery
Please confirm your shipping address and contact details are complete and correct. We do not offer shipping fee refunds or reshipment if delivery fails due to wrong address, invalid contact information or recipient refusal to accept the package.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service with relevant evidence, and we will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
